Davoudian Dentistry is outstanding! Dr. Davoudian is incredibly skilled—she replaced my old, discolored crowns with ones that look completely natural. The attention to detail is impressive; she even adjusted the shape to match my bite perfectly. The staff is warm and efficient—they remember my preferences, like my dislike for mint toothpaste, and always have a non-mint option ready.

The office is serene with soft lighting, making appointments feel less stressful. They’re transparent about costs, worked with my insurance seamlessly, and offer flexible payment plans. Scheduling is easy, and I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes. Best dental experience I’ve had—highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Lee last year, he’s great (as someone else mentioned, he is no longer here—but idk why that would mean changing my review to one star?). I saw Dr. Davoudian today and he is ALSO great. I called on Tuesday, got a Thursday appointment. In and out quickly, my teeth feel great. No notes.

Called to schedule an appointment for a fallen crown reattachment and they managed to have me in the next morning. The office is small but cozy and clean. Dr. Davoudian and his staff are extremely professional and friendly.

He was gentle but deliberate and seems like he knows what he's doing. After the procedure he explained to me what things might look like in the future and how to better take care of my dental work. I would definitely recommend this practice and will return for any future dental work in DC.

Mediocre, residence-looking clinic, most rude receptionist. Rude to military family. So many better real clinic options that will treat you better. I had the most horrendous interaction with the receptionist here who treated me so rudely. Only here for the first time that I had the most unpleasant experience in all dental clinics I have been to in my own country. This clinic is listed to be accepting Tricare for military but the receptionist was absolutely totally clueless. You know, it's ok to not be informed. But the clueless receptionist yelled, LITERALLY yelled at me for not bringing an "insurance card". Shouted at me that I wasted their time because I didn't bring a card that does not exist. I told her I don't have that insurance card but I have the military card and that's what we just bring always everywhere because the Military ID I carry IS THE INSURANCE CARD. I called my own insurance and they said the same, they said educate the clinic because that clinic is a military-affiliated provider, and also the dentist itself used to be an Army dentist. I tried to be the most kind person interacting with everyone. I am patient to people who aren't informed. Not everyone is in the military so that is understandable. But to be shouted at, told that I wasted their time for not bringing an insurance card she demands (which does not exist), is total rudeness out of this world. "You wasted our time!! I told you to bring your insurance card!" literally yelling at me like I were her child.

Here's how to have good manners in professional world: "Oh you don't have insurance card? We really need that sorry. We cannot proceed without it. Well, may I take a look at your military ID, let's see what we can do. " There was no need to yell and mistreat people due to possible misunderstandings. Because everything she needed was in the ID. All she had to do was be professional and not act as if she is in her own house mistreating visitors. I could not keep going, I left and did not proceed further. To be honest, I was glad I was refused to be seen there. If you go to the clinic, it looks like a typical mediocre rowhouse with no any sort of decoration outside, just old strange things left outside. Without the sign outside, you'd never guess there's a health clinic there. It's a private practice, sure. I get it. The carpet rug in the entry way was so dusty as if it hasn't been cleaned in a decade. The reception area looked like someone's back office in their house. It was so disorganized and not professional. It felt unclean and unkempt, like a private house.

The old lady receptionist who had a thick accent behaved as if she was selling a fruit in a street stand and yelled at customers who she did not understand. Thankfully that horrible experience prevented me from having dental cleaning there. I found a much more professional, clean and professionally-staffed clinic at Chevy Chase. Dental cleaning is free everywhere with basic insurance, so go to a pleasant clinic with professional standards that will treat you with respect. It's a shame because I was once a customer here prior to this receptionist being employed. I do not remember having such unpleasant time here years ago. Everywhere I go, they had no problems accepting ID as insurance, they just let me fill out the info they need. It's so unfortunate that they do not educate their staff of basic courtesy and respect. Only time I'll try here again is if they have a different receptionist but probably not because I found one that is 100x better than this one. To be fair, maybe the dentist was nice. I had to chance no meet him since i was gated by mean receptionist. They were only gonna give me 30 mins for dental cleaning etc. In my opinion, that's not long enough for any dental cleaning procedure. I would have liked to support fellow military private practice if not for this experience.
