Great atmosphere. Friendly and caring staff who always prioritize your needs as a patient every single visit. I've visited many different offices over the years in the tri cities area, but this practice is by far the most welcoming of them all.

I would highly recommend getting all your dental work performed here, as the quality has been second to none. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this location and look forward to all my visits in the future!!

They must pay for or do their own reviews. This office was rude unhelpful and false advertising. Sign clearly states they use sedation and have 2 Dr. Ruffs which they don’t on either. There’s only the son there and even is dental hygienist suggested seeing his father.

Walk out of exam room to Dr. whispering to the front desk lady about me. Would not recommend nor would I return. A lot more to this experience just too much to list.

Amazing atmosphere from the second you walk in. All Dr. Ruff’s staff are friendly and caring. My son has struggled getting dental work done. Dr.

Ruff was so patient and made the whole experience better than he has ever had before. He talked my son through the procedure while working on him, and made the situation fun for him. My son is excited to come back and see everyone at his office. The office is clean and they get you in and out fast.

My experience with this place here is night & day, meaning that for the first half of the work I needed, great, almost perfect even. I missed a few appointments in the middle of these two extremes because of work & I accept that. I'm also probably the only cash paying customer who comes through the door, & rightfully so, I'd like to have the benefit of the doubt on occasion, not the newly enforced commissions of chic at the counter, hence the hundred dollar bill they tried charging me after the fact, without policy mind you, without the ethical appreciation or approach that gets more rare as we journey through. If you've got your insurance situated, than by all means, go there, because he's an awesome dentist.

On the other hand though, if you pay cash for services rendered, simply find some other place to pay more in cash than the amount charged to an insurance company. Does money talk?: not here; find a place where it does. I would've never paid him the money I've paid from the start had I known he'd ditch me halfway through because of something like a policy that didn't exist until I came to play. .
