I have had nothing but good experiences when I visit Dr. Gupta‘s office. When she left the dentist office that I previously used, I searched high and low and finally found her again and honestly, I will never go to any other dentist.
I am always comfortable there and I even fall asleep in the chair sometimes when I’m having procedures done. I highly recommend this office to anybody that is in need of a dentist.

Although I believe the service they provided was generally good, I was led to believe it would be fully covered by my insurance. They presented the service in a way that suggested it was the best option for me and implied that coverage was not an issue. Now, I’ve received a bill for several hundred dollars without any prior notice, only to find out that my insurance did not cover it.
I am extremely displeased with the lack of transparency and communication regarding the cost.
