The Cranio-facial pain Center is a specialized dental clinic located in Harwich, Massachusetts. Operating under the umbrella of Weiler Dental, the center was founded by Dr. Richard A. Weiler, a life member of the American Dental Association with over four decades of experience on Cape Cod. The clinic is dedicated to the diagnosis and management of chronic pain issues affecting the head, neck, and face. A primary focus of the center's practice is temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ/TMD), which can cause headaches, jaw pain, and other debilitating symptoms. Additionally, the Cranio-Facial Pain Center offers dental management for obstructive sleep apnea, often utilizing oral appliance therapy. Dr. Weiler has an extensive background in this field, having lectured and taught on the subject of TMJ throughout the East Coast.
