Global art traditions
I was in a lot of pain and didn’t want to bother Dr. Rivers on his w/e of skiing. Called his answering service & was told some one would call me back. Didn’t happen. Tried again the next day, to no avail. Thought he would have an emergency back up person. All I needed was a script for an antibiotic to be called in…but nope. I didn’t want to ask him to come in on a Sunday (not knowing he was also taking Monday off!) My husband &I have been patients for years.
You would think that would count for something but no. Bottom line, I felt he didn’t care about me. That made me so sad. My husband was angry. The new receptionist was very dismissive and condescending. We have since changed dentists. Just thought you all should know.
