I used to avoid going to dentists. I didn't set appointments for cleanings. I only sought dental care when I knew dental care was necessary. My avoidance was because of previous unpleasant experiences, with other dentists.

For years now, since Dr. Cook replaced my old fillings, I've enjoyed my return cleanings and examinations, twice per year, at Dr. Cook's office, because of his expertise and his expert staff.

Dr. Jeffery Cook and his staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Their staff is caring and asks questions to get to know you. Since I've been little I have always had "laughing gas" during dental procedures because of anxiety. Although this office does not have "laughing gas", they tried to keep me calm and inform me of every step they were about to do before they did it.

Something as little as telling me every small step before they do it, made my experience an excellent one. I appreciated this and their willingness to answer any of my questions. They pay attention to detail and it is very important. I have a heart condition to where my heart beats fast and irregularly, the dental assistant made sure to check with the dentist if they should use the numbing shot with epinephrine or not. They care about your overall health and I would definitely recommend people to go to this dental practice!
