They should have hung a "Hispanics only" sign on the door. I was handed forms in Spanish, (I do not even remotely look Hispanic) and when I went to the desk to ask for forms in English, the front desk staff, Llians, ignored me and stared at her computer, let out a big sigh because she had to get me formed in english, and then proceeded to talk about me in Spanish to her coworkers and laugh. Only one person at the front desk spoken english, and when I tried to explain that I did not feel comfortable signing a form that stated my child would need a blank amount of treatments and that I consented to that before seeing the dentist, she spoke to me as though I were a child and stated no just sign and date. I tried once again to explain my child had not seen the dentist yet why would I sign a piece of paper saying they needed a blank amount of treatments and that I consented. She became irritated with me and said I had to sign. Afterwich Llians, called me to the side room by saying "come" and then disappearing while I gather my children. She then pointed and said "sit.

" All one phrase commands, as though she were speaking to a dog, which is how we were treated. (Clearly she has no home training when it comes speaking with people outside of her race or culture. ) I waited with no further instructions and had to re-explain for the 3rd time, my child was here for pain. The hygienist and doctor I will say were very nice. But the general atmosphere of the clinic is: 1. It is for Hispanics only. 2.

The staff there, all hispanic, will not even try to adapt to the country they came to but you must adapt to them. 3. It is very much a bother for them to service anyone else other than their own culture seeing as they have a sense of superiority and show it in how they addresss you. I would never recommend this place to anyone, because it is this kind of a mindset that is racist, intolerant and quick to cry wolf that they are being discriminated against yet they are the very ones doing the discrimination. Disgusting.

My husband finished his treatment with them and in less than a year his retainers broke (they use the cheapest/thinnest material possible) they said warranty didn’t cover them and if he wanted new ones it was going to cost the ridiculous amount of $400. On top of that while he had his braces on they always took forever at the appointments, the wire of the braces would break or come of, like I said they use the cheapest material.

Their attitude is nasty. Go somewhere else if you’re thinking of going there

Although i finished my treatment on time i found myself having to go back multiple times because either the wire on my braces would come ofr or break, after i finished my treatment they gave me some retainers with super cheap material (extremely thin plastic ) and as expected within a few months they broke. They took FOREVER to tell me warranty wouldn’t cover them, nasty attitude, Cheap material.

For the price I would Not recommend that place

Horrible! My son was complaining about a cavity that he had surgically covered with a metal cap, the cap fell off and so he was in pain every time he ate, so I made an appointment here, they told him the mouler would fall out on its own. .

3 months later and still he is in pain! He can barely eat now, they did Xrays and a full mouth check up just to send him home with a hurting mouth! Tried calling today and the girls in the front office are dodging my calls on purpose, I am not rude or argumentative, but this is unacceptable, I am going to have to filed a claim with the BBB and start legal matters because my son has been in pain for 3 months due to their negligence.
