There's no other office I would trust with my teeth after my experience here. Dr. Kim, Jenny & the entire staff were a breath of fresh air. Not only did they exemplify professionalism but were also extremely friendly and thorough during the entire process.

Recently had porcelain veneers done top canine to canine and I couldn't be happier with the results. Do yourself a favor and book them for any of your dentistry needs. Thank you again to everyone at Confidental!

Hmm not too sure what to say. Very polite team yes, but they suggested 3 fillings, one tooth out, said I have 9mm pockets, surgery needed to cut open gums to clean under, and surgery to build back bone loss. THEN got a second opinion while on vacation in Europe where it’s a non-profit medical system & brother in law who’s a dentist told me he would absolutely NOT do any surgery, very minimal bone loss (normal for my age), only ONE minor filling needed (and it’s not urgent), showed me the tool he uses and I could see the tool only went into my gums 3mm and there were no 9-12mm pockets.

So I’m not too sure what to make of my Confidental assessment. Did my gums all some how heal in 5 months? Did my 3 months cleaning fix it all? Why was I not told that that’s an option? Why was so much ‘surgery’ and expensive treatment suggested and actually very much encouraged (they even called me to ask if I’m ready to do the treatment a few times). All I did was up my cleaning, ‘oil pull’ twice a day meaning swirling coconut oil around my mouth for 10 mins before brushing, I cut out processed food, took extra Vitamin C, gargled with salt water A LOT, and used my flossing stick and water pick religiously.

I wish that holistic approach was suggested. Just not sure if it’s just different dentist opinions as they vary or if I was encouraged to do costly extra preventive treatments in this dental surgery? Either way I feel deflated that I did all three worry and nearly did a bunch of work & taking teeth out when it doesn’t seem to actually be needed. Best of luck to the dental team, thanks for your time you were very kind, but I am left feeling bummed that I was so close to do so much unnecessary work

If I could leave 20 stars I would. This practice from the front desk to Dr. Kim and everyone in between has been top notch. I have severe anxiety and have a very complex dental situation that has forced me at this time to see a dentist. I shop in the area and saw the dental office and thought the name of it was adorable. I have lost so much confidence with my dental situation, so to see the name "Confidental" (a play on confidence and dental) captured my attention. I then looked up the reviews (5 stars) and dentist bio (brilliant) and decided to call. From the first phone call, politeness and quickness to get an appointment, I felt good vibes from the get go. It only got better when I had my first visit.

My consultation was like no other. Dr. Kim took one hour with me, answered my million questions patiently and suggested different options for my situation. We agreed on treatments and I started my journey the very next day. Dr. Kim is a true artist. She repaired 2 teeth that have been a cause of my lack of confidence when I have to smile. She put my mouth back together. I have done nothing but smile and speak with high confidence now.

I have 2 more procedures left to do and I can honestly say, I am excited to go back to Dr. Kim. My anxiety feels like it has diminished a little in regards to the dentist thanks to Dr. Kim and her WONDERFUL, polite, non judgemental staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Confidental Family Dental with Dr. Kim and her entire staff.

Amazing doctor and team. Went there with an improper filling someone else did and she figured it out instantly. I was in pain for 2 months and she fixed everything in the first visit. Amazing front desk staff also who tried to accommodate me asap based on my requirements.
