Do not get dental service from this place!! They have different dentists working on your mouth (no regular dentist) and they do faulty work. I had to file a grievance regarding a crown that fell out within 2YRS and they refuse to replace. Instead they gave multiple temporaries that barely lasted a week leaving me to go back and forth to the dental office. Now I’m in jeopardy of losing my exposed tooth as an result.

I can never get the owner on the phone regarding the matter and I left multiple messages regarding my dental records for my new dentist office. The worst experience ever. Never trust a dentist that works out the basement of a building.

I gave a 2 star rating ONLY because the dentist and dental staff were good at their job and assisted me with no problem. My grievances are for the receptionist/office manager/business owner so she calls herself that sits at the front desk. She is rude and unprofessional and does not have good social skills. After trying to argue with me (the patient) and telling me that I should be grateful for all the things she done (schedule appointments, send prescriptions to pharmacy, provide specialist contact information) also known as her job that she was cancelling my appointment and then proceeded to block me. When I called using a different phone number to ask how I could go about requesting my medical records to take to another dentist. She tells me to have my father (who is also a patient there) to call and she will tell him the process and then hangs up the phone. I'm a 31 yo woman. I do not need my parents to speak to my doctors on my behalf and I did not give permission for her to speak to my father at all. Later on I found out that she actually called my father after our first conversation to tell him about what happened.

I e never experienced anything like this in my life. I'm sure there were HIPAA violations and I'll be looking into that. Anyone in the area looking for a local dentist or someone with a particular insurance looking for a dentist GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SHE is NOT worth the headache!!!! A little back story. I went to the dentist in October 2020 due to persistent pain. I was told I would need a root canal but I needed to go to a specialist because the cavity was on the nerve and they can’t work on those. I went to them later for a different tooth and they told me the same thing. I’m starting to believe that they don’t do anything but cleanings, x-rays and crowns for root canals. Anyways.

My insurance caused a lot of delayed because they require authorizations for EVERY. SINGLE. THING 🤦🏽‍♀️ buy even then so my appointments were scheduled so far and in between. It’s the end of April, the literal end. My appointment scheduled for today that was cancelled was finally the LAST appointment to complete this root canal that started in October!!! And now I’m left with no medical records and in need for a new dentist to complete what the other dentist started. Just sad.

Terrible dentist! My filling came out only of couple of months after getting it and the dentist himself was very aggressive. Something about this place seemed off to me and when my filling came out with ease I was done!

I got a routine check up exam and the cleaning felt rushed, no complementary goody bag. I went back in to get fillings for 3 cavities I had, that went fine, although a bit of the filling was cutting into my gums so I had to chip it off. However what bothered me was that once I got back home I noticed a hole in another tooth that wasn't there before. And by any chance it was and I didn't catch it, why wouldn't you fill that one too? Or even tell me about it? The hole is very noticeable and is in a tooth that is visible so I'm unsure how it was missed during my other teeth being filled, unless it was deliberately done to have me come in for more work.

I didn't call nor did I return, i took the loss. I didn't want to end up with another random hole in my tooth.
