I went in to replace fillings and ended up with 2 infected teeth that resulted in 2 root canals. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They speak to you so nicely and seem like they are there for you but don’t care other than getting more out of you

I have two broken teeth. Went to the dentist Tuesday and I had a full anxiety attack. I was shaking so much I could hardly write. Then the nervous sweat. Comfort Dental - OMG the staff and dentist were so kind. I recommend this office 100%

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Comfort Dental. From the start, I felt like my dentist didn’t care about the pain I was describing in my one tooth. His typical response was, “Well, nothing is showing on the X-rays,” which felt completely dismissive. The last time I brought up pain in that same tooth, he literally just walked away. The cleanings were no better. I was usually in and out within five to ten minutes, definitely felt like I was getting the bare minimum.
I even had to ask them usually if I had any cavities or not, and they didn’t seem to know for sure. Do they just hire anyone off the street? This isn’t McDonald’s, it’s dental care. It should be taken seriously. To make things worse, I called recently about getting a new nighttime retainer since mine is falling apart. The receptionist told me I would get a call back if they could help me out or not, No one ever called me back, not even surprised at this point. .
. I’ve now been to two Comfort Dental locations in the Columbus Pike and Dublin area, and both were disappointing. Unfortunately, this is what my Medicaid insurance could cover but I honestly regret going. I strongly recommend avoiding Comfort Dental in Ohio altogether.
