I would give this place more stars, however they have terrible customer service. They are quick to cancel an appointment if you dont "confirm" immediately- taking up to a month and a half to reschedule. They sent out the "confirmation" text message on a Thursday afternoon for a Monday appointment. The office was closed when i called on Friday to confirm. So, my Monday appointment (which I had been waiting a month to get in) was cancelled.
The dentists are great- Front desk no so much. I would consider choosing another dentist. I know we are.

I need my daughter to get two teeth pulled due to the orthodontic dentist needing it done before she can get braces. We have been with childrens dental world for a while now, we have had a few issues in the past with them not taking my daughter serious about tooth pain and such, she ended up with a infection really bad and all due to it, But I still called them to set a appointment up to get both teeth pulled. When I called the first time they asked for my insurance (which we had just been in two weeks before for cleanings and they ran through insurance- so they have it already) I sent my insurance and paperwork from the ortho dentist in a email. I was told they would call me back. Never got a call back, so I called again- they said they lost my info that I had sent over, so I sent again and asked to please be called back- one lady told me they were merging with another company so they were not able to keep up with things, but she said I promise I will get back to you by the end of the day with a total and appointment for her to come in.
I never heard back. When I called the last time, the lady was really rude and told me she would call back. This has been a month process, with no call backs, rude tones and my daughter never getting seen. I ended up taking my daughter to Weis Pediatric dentistry. I have nothing but great things to say and my daughter was taken care of.
I will not be back and taking all 5 of our children to Weis. If you want a good dentist that cares and a staff that is friendly take them there, you will not be upset you did. I do not recommend Children's Dental World.

This was our 3rd dentist in 18 months for my 2 youngest sons. My 3rd son has anxiety & I need to be with him during dental visits. The first two dental offices allowed me the 1st time we came but even after explaining the situation, they refused to allow it for future visits.
I'm so thankful they didn't have good customer service because I wouldn't have found Children's Dental World otherwise! I have been bringing my children to this Children's Dental World for over 5 years now & we love it! They have no issues with me staying with my boys & they can even have their cleanings at the same time due to the amazing layout of their office. I was just notified that our dental insurance is changing & I am researching our new insurance to guarantee we can still go to the same dentist.

I have waited past my appointment time numerous of times 20 to 30 minutes. I ran late today bc my GPS took me the wrong way. I was 8 minutes late. They told me I had to reschedule. I drove for 30 minutes. I also called for directions but was on hold for 10 minutes. She was only supposed to get a cleaning.
I didn't see why they couldn't take her then they claim she had to get a lot of work done which I was not aware of. They did the same thing at her last appointment. Really hope I'm not going to be billed bc I did show up. I feel like they didn't even want to service us because we are never seen in time in the first place. So upset.
