I made an appointment due to pain and throbbing around a dental implant. I was concerned that it might be failing. Dr. Smith was very kind and empathetic about my concern. He let me know I did have an infection but the implant was secure.
I was scheduled for a cleaning two days later. Dallas did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and told me I had been brushing too aggressively and encouraged me to use a water pick. I have been taking her advice and my teeth are the whitest I've had as an adult. I signed up for their discount program due to not having insurance and it's already paid for itself. I would recommend them!

The dental care is good if and when you can get it; if the business model cannot meet the every 6-month cleaning authorization by insurance and recommended by the professionals, then make business model changes to appropriately service your clients. This is Almost as unacceptable as no-shows to appointments.
Your anger with that is similar to our anger of not sticking to 6-month intervals vs 9-11 month.

The from the front end staff to the back end staff Awesome!.. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. I have been going this office for awhile now. I have never encountered any undesirable experience. I recommend this Dentistry to all. Dr Yae is Great!

We drive a little distance to get to this dental practice but it’s so worth it. The staff are very professional and treat people with kindness and dignity. The office is bright and clean as well. The primary reason though, is Dr. Yeh and his assistant.
I never have any pain or discomfort from any of the procedures that I’ve had. This greatly cut down on any anxiety I might otherwise have. A first class experience from start to finish.
