The office is bright and inviting, with a small play corner that keeps my 4-year-old happy. Dr. Romano is amazing—she explains procedures in simple terms, whether it’s my daughter’s first cleaning or my root canal.
The hygienists are gentle, and they offer evening appointments that fit my work schedule. They’re proactive about reminders and handle insurance paperwork seamlessly. When I chipped a tooth last month, they fit me in the same day. A practice that truly cares about its patients—we’re so lucky to have them nearby.

The dental staff were professional, kind, and their attention to detail was remarkable! Dr. Nesvaderani took the time to explain everything, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the visit.

Chevy Chase dental Center has some of the kindest staff I’ve ever experienced at a dental office! Even through procedures that aren’t the most comfortable, I always felt supported and knowledgeable about what they were doing and why. If you are looking for a dentist, definitely consider here!!!
