On the Saturday following the 4th of July, my spouse and I visited the dentist office. The establishment was extremely crowded, and we spent approximately 3 1/2 hours waiting. The wait time was justified, as we were aware of the potential delay due to only walk-ins on the weekend. My spouse required a tooth extraction. We were fortunate to be served by Dr. Zachary Williams. You could tell he enjoys his job.
He was personable, friendly, and efficient. Once my spouse was seated in the chair, the process was quick. The procedure, which involved numbing and pulling the tooth, took approximately 20 minutes. My spouse reported hearing a crack during the extraction, however, the doctor confirmed that it was a clean extraction and was able to remove all of the bone. We are greatly appreciative of the professionalism and compassion displayed by all staff members.

I had a great experience with Dr. Williams. There was a little bit of a wait when I first arrived, but once I got back, I was taken care of right away. Dr. Williams was professional, attentive, and made sure all my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable throughout my visit and could tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Williams was kind, gentle, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions, which really helped ease any anxiety I had. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work.
The office itself is clean and comfortable. I’m so happy I found this place and highly recommend Dr. Williams to anyone looking for a dentist who is professional, compassionate, and top-notch in every way.
