I recently visited this dental office after my filling fell out, and I initially thought my tooth had broken, leaving a hole in my mouth. The doctor and the staff were incredibly professional and thorough in their approach. The doctor took her time to carefully examine my teeth and explained everything in great detail, which really helped put me at ease.

She discovered that I actually have an infected root canal, which was the source of the pain I was experiencing. The doctor was so patient and gentle throughout the process, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I also have to mention the assistant—she was absolutely lovely! She was sweet, attentive, and kept me engaged in light conversation to help distract me from any discomfort.

It was clear they both cared about providing excellent service and making sure I felt well-informed and at ease. I left the office feeling relieved and confident that I was in good hands. Highly recommend this dental practice for anyone looking for quality care and a compassionate team!

I never leave reviews, but I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through. I believe that when someone makes an effort to pay for something, especially when it’s very expensive, the service provider should take responsibility for their work. In 2023/2024, I had a full-mouth treatment done, costing almost $8,000, where they "fixed" cavities, placed crowns, etc. Unfortunately, they did a very poor job. From day one, I had issues with three teeth, and no one took me seriously. They left a gap between my teeth, which bothers me a lot, and they said everything was fine.

The last dentist only made things worse. Instead of addressing the pain and figuring out what was causing it, they changed my bite. They ruined my mouth, and the worst part is, they charged me without fixing anything. Every time I went, they wanted to take more images, and not for free, which I don’t think I should have had to pay for, since I was already paying to fix something that was supposed to be resolved. I’m extremely disappointed. They kept telling me I’d have to get used to it, but now, in 2025, I’m still dealing with the same issues I had from day one, and it only seems to be getting worse.

The last time I went (2024) they told me they would need to remove the work and redo it, but since it’s been over a year, I’d have to pay again. I’m tired of fighting with the receptionists and continue spending money without results. From day one, I kept telling them there was something wrong with those three teeth, and it took them a year to tell me that? Now, I’m expected to pay again because a year has passed? . I’m leaving this comment now because, every day those same teeth hurt, I remember what they did and the money I lost. It was a very bad experience.

The providers are nice, and do a good job of making the patient feel heard during the appointment, but the front desk/phone experience is awful. Can never get a hold of anyone when calling in, and nobody responds ever when you do leave a voice message. On the occasional instances where someone does pick up, they instantly place you on hold and never pick up again. I have waited on hold several times for nearly half an hour in the hopes that someone will return to answer the phone, but they never do.

Something needs to be done. I understand staffing constraints, but it becomes an issue when patient care is delayed due to things like this.

Dr Ryuh she’s the best dentist I’ve ever worked on my teeth. She did a teeth cleaning usually they have to give me lidocaine for it. She did it. I didn’t feel a thing for 20 years. I always felt bad pain when it would clean my teeth.

She’s got some magic touch, cause I didn’t feel a thing. And she did put dental plants in to my front teeth. Everyone says how amazing they look she’s definitely gonna be a great dentist and I wish her the best.
