My whole family was previously patients at Mid Rivers Dental but then they closed down and they merged with Caulks Hill Dental. I had to wait a whole year before I could get an appointment because nothing transferred from Mid Rivers. The same thing is happening to my mother right now who had an appointment in December 2024 and they will not be able to get her into the dentist till February 2026.

Absolutely awful. We are switching dentists because this is just pitiful.

Been going here for about a year, then my favorite hygenist left along with my dentist, then a received a bill after a cleaning, that I was not expecting and it was not mentioned to me beforehand at all that there might be a charge. When I asked about it, they said they "try" to let customers know if there will be a charge. TRY?! I won't be back. I could overlook the old outdated office but I can't overlook the other three things.

Lots of dentists in St. Charles County. Also, notice all of their good reviews are NOT recent.

I had been going to Dr. Moore for a long time. He was amazing, staff was amazing. cleaning every 6 months like clock work. Then he sold his practice. The new owner can't seem to hire help. When you call for a teeth cleaning (today) I'm told nothing is available until NEXT YEAR.

After the new dentist started. I was going my cleanings were sporadic, we can do one in Sept and one in December or one in March one in November and stuff like that. I just called a new dentist and I can get into that office in MAY. New patient, never been seen there MAY = established patient for 10 years next appointment is NEXT year. It's March for goodness sake. I'm done, See ya! I have insurance so I'm sure they will appreciate my business.
