I had clinics prior to my appointment that ran late due to them being down a nurse. Both places were just 3 minutes from each other. I stayed in contact, asked if I should reschedule, knowing I would be at least 10minutes or so before I would leave there. I'm typically a very punctual person so this was already causing anxiety on top of being in pain and frantically flying through the online forms bc apparently only one had went through.

I'm 4 minutes past the time i thought I'd be when i call back to confirm and ask about the last form when the receptionist snaps, cutting me off and quite rudely, "well, where are you? That's near 20minutes now!" before putting me on hold again to the point I think she hung up. A receptionist should greet you warmly. They are the face and voice of the company, the first person you see. There's no room for rudeness and that kind of tone in business or any profession that's already high stress and pained situation.

My experience with her is why I chose to go somewhere else. The very first place I reached out to after already felt 100x more right! Warm and inviting and I just knew I made the right choice.
