Cardinal Dental of St. Peters is the gold standard for family dental care. My wife and I have been bringing our three kids here for 5 years, and it’s always a positive experience. Dr. Reynolds has a gift for making kids feel comfortable—he turns cleanings into a "tooth adventure" and lets them pick a prize from the treasure chest afterward. For adults, he’s thorough and honest; when I needed a crown, he explained all options without pressure.

The hygienists are gentle, even with sensitive teeth, and the office has a warm, welcoming vibe with a kid-friendly corner. Scheduling is easy, insurance is handled smoothly, and they even squeezed us in for a weekend toothache. It’s dental care with a personal touch—we’re lucky to have them in St. Peters.

Do NOT go here I went here seeking a tongue tie release. Dr. Blalock did not want to release my tongue tie without prior myofunctional therapy (The therapist she referred me to, Nicole Edwin, later confirmed I didn’t need therapy at all. ) Dr. Blalock recommended Invisalign, claiming it would expand my palate and she’d release my tongue tie at the end of treatment. Funny enough, she never mentioned my tongue tie or palate again throughout the entire process. Not sure she even realized I had it released by another Dr or measured my palate.

I paid $4500 upfront for the comprehensive plan, only to find out upon picking up my trays that they were offering the same treatment for $1000 less — they refused to credit my account. I was also made to think the comprehensive plan included unlimited trays, but when I needed replacements, they were suddenly $120 each. Appointments were rushed, and I was constantly dismissed when I voiced concerns — including being told to wear the same gross aligner for 12 weeks straight and deal with pain because of their refusal to order passive trays. Also including being told that, after driving 45 minutes to their office, they had no hygienists available to do my cleaning. When I asked to pick up my final trays a few days early to avoid delaying my treatment over a trip, I was transferred between staff and belittled by the office manager. They only agreed to let me take my trays 5 days early after I got emotional. When removing my attachments, Dr.

Blalock almost filed down my front teeth without asking — I only stopped her because I overheard her say “and I’m going to fix your little chippies” I appreciated they let my bring my child with me to appointments, and they gave me an electric toothbrush. My teeth are fairly straight now. Cool. But this office is a scam that prioritizes profit over patients. Don’t let them take advantage of you like they did me.

Everyone I have met in this office is so amazing and helpful. They made going to the dentist a calm and enjoyable experience, especially for going to a dentist! We made a plan, that fits my needs and budget and I'm excited to see my new smile in the future!
