Capital Endodontics provided exceptional care for my dad's Root Canal. Dr. Binait Kabir, and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and professional.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Kabir at Capitol Endodontics when I needed a Root Canal. This was my first (and hopefully only!) root canal, but Dr. Kabir and his staff had incredible bedside manner and left me completely at ease throughout the whole process. Dr. Kabir and his assistants were very transparent about the whole process and made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain during the procedure.

Afterwards, I was given clear post-treatment instructions and got all my questions answered. I also want to highlight how wonderful the front desk staff were, explaining insurance coverage and pricing up front, so there were no unexpected costs and I was able to plan accordingly. Front desk staff were also amazing in getting my original appointment moved up a few days. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Kabir and the team at Capitol Endodontics.

If you need a place where professionalism, competence, care, and patience all collide to give you an unparalleled dental experience, I have great news for you. I went to this place because I was not too happy with my previous dental experience. I found them myself, bypassing a referral from my general dentist. In the end, it was the absolute best decision I could have made in those circumstance. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Something I have never done before; but, since I have made so many bold claims about the place, I feel an obligation to provide at least some evidence to support those claims. At the entrance, I was welcome by Zana at the front desk who was was very courteous and helpful. She walked me through the document page by page and later, before I exited, she engaged me in a very nice conversation which, frankly alleviated the numbness and made me feel at home even though that was my very first time at their office.

She knows her stuff and you can tell, by the very first sentence, she is very experienced at what she does. I waited for less than three minutes before my scheduled time and then I was brought into the room by Yesidi (may be spelled incorrectly). I've never met a hygienist like her. She is extremely detailed, polite, kind, and competent. She walked me step -by-step through everything and nothing escapes her attention. I liked how she and Dr. Kabir work in perfect harmony. It was a remarkable display of team work, which I never experienced anywhere else.

With Dr. Kabir, the first thing I noticed was that he did not jump into the procedure, like most other dentists do. He took time to explain each step of the process and why it was necessary. He was not in any rush to finish either and he never, at once, blamed me, or showed sign of frustrations. I went there with a lot of concerns and worries, but at the end I left with the most joy I ever felt. I am grateful to this entire team and I could not recommend them further enough. Frankly, but at this point I feel I may be gushing, this team should be studied by other dentists as a model of how to treat dental patients because it should not be that hard to find a great dentist.
