Campus Hills Dentistry is a neighborhood gem that feels like visiting friends! Dr. Chen and her team have treated my family for 3 years, and their care is unmatched. The office is cozy and welcoming, with a small play nook that my 4-year-old adores—she even asks for "tooth time" now. The hygienists are gentle pros, turning cleanings into games for the kids, and thorough with adults. Dr.
Chen explains treatments clearly, using pictures to show what needs done, and never pushes extras. They handle insurance smoothly, send friendly reminders, and offer weekend slots that fit our schedule. Last week, they fit my husband in for a broken filling—fast, caring, and professional. We wouldn’t trust our smiles to anyone else!

My first appointment was today with Dr. Dawn Phillips . She spent her time explaining my tooth issues and what options I have. She did not pressure me to make costly decisions, and definitely had my best interests, desires and finances all considered. Thank you for such a positive visit and helping me to get my smile back again in the near future.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Pazoki. His bedside manner was appallingly rude and arrogant. From the start, he was insulting and judgmental about my health, even going as far as to “tut” at me when he asked for my A1c number. This level of condescension is completely unacceptable, especially in a professional medical setting. When I expressed my discomfort and requested to see the female dentist instead, I was told that Dr. Pazoki is the only surgeon available, as the other dentist is general.
Despite this, I couldn’t bring myself to continue with the appointment because of how disrespectful and dismissive he was. His tone and attitude made it clear he lacked basic empathy or respect for his patients. I ended up walking out, and I encourage others to do the same if they encounter this kind of behavior. You do not have to tolerate such unprofessionalism. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere for your dental needs.

Doctor Phillips is simply the best. I lost a crown on a Friday evening and called her office the following Monday. She saw me early Wednesday morning. I would recommend her and her practice to anyone in need of expert professional dental care. Doctor P, you rock!
