I love this place. I had Jasmin and she was great. She was be professional, informative, and made sure that I was very comfortable. The place is very clean and smells great. I recommend anyone to come here if they are trying to get their teeth whitening. It was quick, very affordable, and gave instant results. Build a smile gets 5 stars from me any time.

I came to build a smile wanting to get some work done. The woman was friendly. Not a doctor but runs the office and does all the work. I Ended up getting a knock off brand invisalign. Ii was supposed to have them on for 4 months. I needed more and more trays. The first few sets were faulty. Didn’t fit too big tight etc.

I always communicated even to this day. Finally one that fit. Worn religiously for a year. I finally saw the doctor he was rude. Then I’m hit with this $3k bill for nothing. Now I am paying for the same teeth I walked in there with. She said she would have the company reach out that was months ago still waiting. Be careful of the contract.

Now I can’t use that money to get the work done elsewhere. They got my money and I got a bill and not what I signed up for. I have gone to another dentist and was told the treatment plan was wrong from the beginning. It wouldn’t have worked. So now I’m paying someone else. They Didn’t offer half my money back nothing. Took my money and that was it.

This was my first time getting my teeth whitened and I could not have asked for a better first experience! Jazmin was kind and welcoming and made sure to go over every step of the process with me before starting anything! She answered all of my questions and kept making sure that I was feeling good and that I was comfortable. Also, she was totally on top of making sure my massage was running the whole time, haha. My teeth look AMAZING! I got way better results than I was expecting after one visit.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get their teeth whitened. Great experience and the best prices for whitening I have found anywhere in Charlotte :)
