When I moved to St. Charles from Illinois 7 years ago, I needed to find a good dentist closer to me, as my teeth and dental hygiene are very important to me. I went to Bright Smiles on a very high recommendation from my niece. In my lifetime, I have been to quite a few different dentist, never to anyone as thorough, friendly and caring as Dr. Lori. She is always smiling and very upbeat, very professional. She always does a thorough exam, checks my teeth, gums and xrays for any changes since my last visit, asks if anything is bothering me or hurting.

. . . after her thorough checking she turns me over to Bernie for a fantastic cleaning and polishing of my teeth. My mouth always feels wonderful after having my teeth cleaned by Bernie. I look forward to going every six months for my checkup and cleaning. Everyone that works at Bright Smiles is awesome and so friendly.

I have never had to wait. When I walk in, they are ready to take me. The office is clean, brightly lit, updated equipment, TV and massaging chair for my comfort. I always feel at ease and relaxed when I am there. If you are looking for a Dentist that cares and gives quality service, I highly recommend Bright Smiles and I’m sure you will too.

Talk about an awesome office and great staff! Dr Lori is the best....so thorough and always does a great job dealing with my teeth...I've been going to Bright Smiles for years. Stacy is great up at the front desk. And Bernie always does a really good job as well! I always feel welcome and never rushed. Always leave with a clean mouth, preventative for cavities and other issues, and a nice smile!

Was attempting to become new patient here and tried on two separate occasions by phone calls to schedule an appointment and figure out next steps. They were closed both days due to weather which is acceptable but I left messages both times and never heard anything back.

I think it’s extremely important to follow up with customers I gave them a week and a half to return the call. Doesn’t seem very respectful and now have to try another dentist
