As a new patient today all I can say is “ I was very impressed and amazed on how compassionate and professional the staff was” I am so happy I found this office. The front desk staff did a wonderful job assisting me as a new patient The medical assistants and nurses were so kind and patient they didn’t rush the process and definitely took the time to meet my child’s needs. They made sure all the paperwork was accurate and done properly and of course I had to save the best for last… the DOCTOR WAS AMAZING MAN !!! Dr. Jorge Corneille is literally the nicest doctor I ever met, he was so knowledgeable about everything and reassured that this is his purpose in life.

He serves the people and the community and I applaud him for a job well done. I had THE best experience today Thank you for your devotion to your job staff Thank you Dr. Cornielle Solomon’s Mother

I had the worst experience here a couple years back with the GYN. Last week I got a call from the receptionist and she was so kind she convinced me to go back she let me know the other GYN was nice and she was the sweetest GYN ever. I had to come back today for a sonogram which I didn’t even end up getting because the radiologist GENESIS thought I wasn’t listening when she said I was “getting on her nerves” to the other receptionist because I was ready to be seen.

Than she tried to lie and apologize saying she was talking about her student, I was standing right outside the door I heard everything and she tried to lie in my face. So unprofessional, never coming back here.

This place is so unprofessional the worst doctors they just want to charge your insurance. Dr. Calderon the director is running a clinic scheme to charge your insurance with no regards to your health.Very ghetto all her employees are unprofessional do not trust her with your health they do not care. Find a good doctor also their pharmacy sucks

DO NOT GO HERE!! Please do not give them your money, they will give you horrible treatment with no regard for your health or wellbeing, or even the law. I was going into sepsis unknowingly, so I called to ask for an appointment because I did not know what was wrong. I described my symptoms to the doctor, Angelica Echeverría, very thoroughly (so it should have been very evident to a DOCTOR what was happening), the doctor told me to take an advil because it just sounds like cramps and that she “doesn’t know what else to tell me to be honest”. She is horrible!!!!!!!!! I was in the hospital for 4 days in horrible pain because of her medical neglect and incompetence. The psychiatrist, Dr. Bha, said I could not have a diagnosis because I graduated college. Then proceeded to compare me asking question about the side effects of a medicine to him taking his car to the mechanic and asking the mechanic too many questions. I am not a car, I am a human being who is entitled to proper medical care. Very condescending guy who laughs at you while you are in a vulnerable position.

THE DENTIST OFFICE - probably the worst offender. They gave me a 12pm appointment. When I came in for my appointment at 11:45am, the receptionist told me I should’ve come at 9am to see the dentist by 12pm. What?! I asked her why did they give me a 12pm appointment then. She said the dentist had too many patients today, and I needed to come in earlier. I asked her how did they expect me to know that if THEY gave me the appointment time, and didn’t even as much as a call earlier that morning to warn. A 30 minute wait, or even an hour wait, I can understand. Emergencies happen. But 3 hours!!!! For a scheduled appointment? So they overbook their dentists and then try to blame you for showing up 15 minutes before your scheduled time instead of 3 hours earlier.

Another time, the dentist put my 16 year old brother under anesthesia and left to treat another patient without saying a word to him or my mom. Then when my mom told her that worried her and to please come back because that is not safe, she told her she & my brother could leave if they wanted to (AFTER she put a minor under anesthesia. ) The gynecologist receptionist hung up on me 3 times and transferred me to child medicine when I called back to ask why they had put me down for an appointment I didn’t schedule. She immediately transferred me, I literally would only be able to say “Hi I am calling back about my appointment with the gynecologist…” before she ended the call & transferred me to children’s medicine. Why the hell do they think it’s OK to schedule me for an appointment without my permission & then try to get me to ignore that they did by hanging up on me 3 times. This place is insane ALL AROUND, EVERY OFFICE is negligent and subpar. The **receptionists** at adult & children’s internal medicine as well as psychiatry are sweet hearts & maybe the only employees in the entire building who are good at their jobs, but every provider working here was hired at this clinic in specific for a reason. Because they are inept doctors perfectly fit for an unprofessional, inattentive, and joke of a clinic.
