My crown that was put on by Dr blackhurst came off in pieces. As I tried to explain to him what happened he argued with me about it being my fault and that it was not possible for me to chew through the crown. He then proceeded to clean my tooth guaranteeing that there was no nerve left because of the root canal I tried to tell him that it hurt and that it continued to throb even after he had completed.
He again argued with me and told me that that was not possible. When the assistant put my temporary crown on she could not get it to work and then placed it so high that now when I eat I can't chew on both sides of my mouth. I was frustrated when I arrived because I called a week ago with what I thought was an emergency and was given an appointment 5 days later so I have been unable to eat solid food now for over a week

Been going to Robert Blackhurst for almost 20 years. Has always been totally honest and never did extra unnecessary work. Had a crown about a year ago and it is just like having my previous tooth, tight next to the other teeth, but still can floss like all my other teeth. Really kind and caring people.
