Be aware-the number of 5 star reviews is based on them sending promos and multiple requests for reviews with your appts. We have had multiple customer service issues with Burg. The last and final straw was them canceling 15 min before an appt that was scheduled 6 months prior. When I asked why such a short notice they said the provider called in sick and they were sorry for the inconvenience and there were more appointments they had to call.
It was an 830 am appt. I should have been the first call, to not miss work and or school.

Dr. Hadley was absolutely amazing when my daughter needed to get some teeth pulled! I was so impressed since my daughter used to be scared of the dentist but since going to doctor Hadley it’s been a pleasant experience every time!

Kids first trip to the dentist. Staff was silly and fun keeping my girls entertained and excited. Visit went flawless. Very impressed by everyone we worked with.

Dr. Hadley is absolutely amazing with kids! He’s incredibly kind, patient, and takes the time to make sure both kids and parents feel comfortable and informed. He’s very thorough and truly cares about keeping little teeth healthy, using a gentle and conservative approach that puts your child’s well-being first.
You can tell he loves what he does and genuinely wants the best for his young patients.
