Aurelia was so wonderful and quick! Came in to realign a button for my bands, she made sure everything was perfect before I left. Such a wonderful group of people and great atmosphere, would always recommend Bateman Orthodontics to anyone!

Everyone at the office is friendly, helpful, and professional—from the front desk staff to the technicians. I began my treatment with Dr. Fox (now retired) and currently see Dr. Levenson, with occasional visits with Dr.
Bateman—all of whom have been wonderful. Special shoutout to Aurelia, who always goes out of her way to ask about my family and remembers the little details, like my favorite minty green bands. She always greets me with a smile! My daughter recently finished her Braces, I’m still in treatment, and now my son is just starting. Highly recommend this practice for the whole family!

All aspects of the process was great! I am greated with a friendly smile and never have to wait. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I often share a laugh with the staff and actually enjoy stopping in. I'm pleased with the results and will recommend them to anyone that asks.
