I was in Boston for work and I live in Florida and I had a dental emergency. I called them and they got me in within 40 minutes. They were beyond kind and helpful. I can't thank them enough for helping me as I was an excruciating pain. I highly recommend them.

Used to be good during covid but not good anymore. they frequently change their hygienists so I’ve had a different one every time. They try to get in as many patients in as possible and only let them have 30 minutes for a cleaning.

Last visit they spent 30 minutes on my teeth cleaning and didn’t finish cleaning my plaque and they told me to just try to not make it any worse till next visit…guess what -of course it got worse since they did not take off all the plaque the previous visit. I switched to a different dentist office and I wish I did so sooner because there’s such a huge difference in the quality of work.

I used to really like this dental office. I had a smile makeover and have spent a lot of money at this business. Recent staff changes have made this office go downhill. First I had an appointment that I had to cancel and re-book but it seems that the receptionist never booked the new date she gave me it into the computer. Then I had to wait almost 3 months to get an appointment. I finally went on Saturday and the new doctor did my cleaning. Tells me I need 5 fillings and offers a fluoride treatment that I declined. I questioned why the last time I had my teeth cleaned, that I had no issues and needed no fillings. Then he tells me I only need 1 and he will mark the others to be watched. He puts the chair back up & tells me I’m all set. I then asked if they still polished teeth as part of the cleaning, because he didn’t do that. It’s my favorite part of getting my teeth cleaned.

He then put the chair back & polished my teeth and said he was new and was worried about getting the information into the computer. If I hadn’t have said anything, it wouldn’t have been done. That’s so incompetent. So then I go to check out and they book my next cleaning and say I’m all set. I ask the receptionist how much the fillings will cost. She seems flustered, then ask if I still have the Kleer plan, which I do not. I have my husband’s insurance. They can’t find it. I tell her I filled out all the paperwork online over a week ago. She asks me where I did that and I tell her through the link the office sent me. She still can’t find it. I had to take pictures of his card and my license and upload them, but somehow they don’t have it.

So then I give her a picture of the insurance card. She still is having issues. I said don’t you run the insurance before the appointment to make sure it’s approved? She tells me there are multiple people who do that, but that’s about all she can come up with as an excuse. She then asks if she can call me Monday and give me the quote. I said fine, no problem. Guess what, no one called me today! Why should I have to chase them down for something they were supposed to do? It seems like no one in this office knows how to do their job correctly or what is going on. This is how they treat patients who have spent thousands of dollars at their practice. Buyer beware!!! Also I feel like they are scamming me telling me I need 5 fillings and then when I question it, it’s actually only one. Also not polishing teeth at the end of a cleaning? I shouldn’t have had to ask, that’s standard procedure. Time for a new dentist! Don’t waste your time going here, unless you like the circus.
