I have lived in Charlotte for 8 years and in that time have been through 3 dentists, unable to find a good one. I was without a regular dentist and last week discovered that I had a chipped filling. I called Charlotte Dentistry after reading online reviews, and they were able to get me in the same day. After discovering that the entire filling needed to be removed and replaced, Dr.
Woodroof and the sweet hygienist (I wish I remembered her name!) stayed late on a Friday - well after the office closed - to take care of it for me, rather than making me schedule a follow up appointment for the next week. Everyone I encountered at Charlotte Dentistry was extremely nice, accommodating, and attentive to my needs. I also never felt pressured to have more work done than needed, and I was never waiting by myself in the exam room for the dentist (which I have done in all other dentist offices). While I only have 1 visit to rate them on, I will definitely be back!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I won't go into all the details of my past. However, my experience at Charlotte Dentistry far exceeded my expectations. The receptionist Tracie was warm and professional. Her bubbly personality was awesome.
My hygienist and dentist were awesome as well. They explained everything and the customer service was superb on all levels. I am actually looking forward to going back in November. Charlotte Dentistry has figured out the craft of customer service!

I recently had to have 2 teeth extracted and was very nervous. . But the staff was very comforting and relaxing. It was the most painless experience ive had at the dentist. Dr Shirley was amazing.
. The dental assistant i believe her name was Marissa was amazing as well. They will always have a patient with me. I literally have no complaints. Thank you to everyone of the staff members for your amazing work

I have been going to this office for years and finally decided I would get my smile fixed with Invisalign. I worked with Tamika in ortho and she was extremely helpful throughout my journey. Always answering my questions, thoroughly explaining everything.
She delivered excellent customer service and accommodated my grandchild the many times I had to bring her. She was always professional keeping my concerns a priority, highly recommended!
