Save your money, and more importantly, your TEETH, by avoiding this place. I went in for a checkup, and the dentist instead decided to focus on one tooth. I won't bore you with the bull thrown at me, but as part of her "exam" she did a "tap test" on the entire side looking for sensitive teeth. The problem was that it was more like hammering, which I told her- so she stopped the exam, said I was being difficult, and basically threw me out, telling me to get a root canal on a tooth that already had a root canal done- which she apparently couldn't tell looking at the 6 xrays they had just taken of that tooth. On the way out,, I complained to the "office manager" about the hammering.

As it turned out, she had cracked a tooth, which broke a couple of days later. I called the office looking for an appointment, and was DENIED SERVICE, and told to go to an endodontist for a root canal (???) When I called the endodontist, they asked for the xrays, which had not been taken on that tooth, and was asked "Has the dentist looked at it?" No. "You need to see the dentist first" Duh. So, instead of getting a $1400 root canal and a $1500 cap, I went to a REAL dentist, who fixed the broken tooth. Price? $150.

I would say, avoid Ariel like the plague. Worst excuse for a dentist in my 70 years. Don't let the fancy office fool you.

I switched over to Ariel Dental and have been nothing but happy so far. I had my first appointment scheduled several months out, but prior to that, a very old crown had fallen out of my mouth. Despite never having been at the office, Ariel was able to bring me in for an emergency appointment, and got my issue squared away. All subsequent visits for both my son and I have gone very well.

Barely any waiting time after check-in, everyone there is very nice and caring. I am sincerely happy I switched over to this office, and would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to try them.
