This was such a horrible experience. On the website I requested an appointment to fix my bite as it states there is orthodontist on the website. I received a call quickly and the woman I spoke with was trying to get me in quickly to their Dentist who does Invisalign. I explained that I didn’t need braces but that I was told to see an orthodontist because of this bite issue. She told me they had a specialist coming in the next business day and that they would make an appointment with her for her to make an adjustment. I come in and I’m told they need to take x-rays and I tell the assistant that they were sent from my dentist already. She finds them and then leaves me in office for 30 minutes. (During which I could see the email my dentist sent with my records - which was sent the Friday before right after I got off phone with them) All of this really would be fine except the Dr comes in and she is incredibly rude and all around awful.
She didn’t even tell me her name. She just comes in and asks me “what do you need from me?” So I begin to explain the issue and (I had a previous dentist that messed up my bite when I was in another state due to drilling they had done) she interrupts me and asks if I’m in any pain and she says “well then this is not an emergency. You should not have scheduled and emergency visit. ” Which I didn’t. I had asked to see the orthodontist and never stated I was in pain or that it was an emergency. So must have been the person who scheduled the appointment on the phone with me. She looks at my teeth and then tells me how there is nothing she can do and that I need l need to see an orthodontist and for this and goes on and on about how awful it is and that she is not trying to scare me but that I need to get it taken care of. (WHICH I ALREADY AM TRYING TO DO THAT IS WHY I MADE AN APPOINTMENT HERE AND SPOKE TO YOUR SCHEDULER WHO MADE IT SEEM THIS WAS AN ISSUE YOU COULD HELP WITH) She treated me like I was the issue the entire appointment and like I knew nothing.
She was completely rude and arrogant. To top it all off I walked out to pay my bill and asked the woman at the front desk “don’t you have an orthodontist here, that is what it says on the website…” she tells me no, they have a general dentist who does Invisalign I feel duped, I ad explained the issue to this scheduler over the phone and how my dentist recommended an orthodontist so I was calling them regarding it and she recommended I see the Invisalign dentist. And when I told her Invisalign would not be what I needed she recommended the Dr I saw. It feels like either complete incompetence or just trying to get me through the door to bill my insurance and make a cheap buck. And then get to deal with an arrogant dentist who just tells me how bad a situation I’m in and that she can’t do anything.

I am so happy to find Smile a bit! Every person I have met is so kind and accommodating. Dr Morcos is an excellent Dentist- I fell well cared for. Marianca is patient and sweet. They both sang during my root canal today. I love being around people who obviously love what they do. Office staff too! Special explains things so clearly and is so kind. I highly recommend Smile a Bit!

This is the best Dentist I have ever been to. I had lived in fear of going back to the dentist for about 7 years after a horrible experience. Needless to say from waiting so long I needed a lot of work done. They put me at ease almost immediately. They were all kind and accommodating, from the front desk to the nicest dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of helping me fix my teeth.
That last sentence is something I never thought I would ever say. If you told past me that future me said that, I would have never believed you. They all couldn’t have been nicer Dr. Bajaj is so sweet and kind and Bradly was an amazing assistant.
