Mcintyre McMech Services

The back story of my 60 years of bad teeth includes : -Chain store dentistry's which pulled teeth, sold me top and bottom partials which were not available for weeks after being pulled. 6 months later, the same dentistry wanting to pull more teeth which would require new top and bottom partials. -With implants in mind, I was charged $150. 00 to be evaluated for implants,,,, In this case, I would need to find a dentist to pull my teeth while the implant dentist at some point would install the implants. Not knowing which would be responsible for what,,,,, I did not further pursue.

Then I found a one stop shop in Arboretum family dentistry and Dr Joubert. From beginning to end, all work will be conducted in one office and orchestrated by one person. To date, my teeth have been pulled and a temporary set of dentures, pre engineered were fitted the same day. The dentures which included a bite correction, fit perfectly!!! I was and still in complete amazement. As my gum swelling decreased, I was welcomed for immediate attention as required to maintain a good denture fit.

With the L-PRF platelet therapy, healing time was accelerated. I suggest you google Dr Fredrick Joubert for his resume. This is phase one of the process and looking forward to report phase two. Bill McIntyre Age 69

Dr Joubert was excellent. Raciel his assistant was amazing and the customer service of Jamie was outstanding. Had a root canal and crown done. It looks like a master piece. Recommend this practice and he will be my DDS for life.

I just want to say my experience from the start when booking my appt with Jamie has been so amazing. She empathized with me from my dental issue and was able to get me in before my initial appt. When I walked into the office I felt so comfortable. Dr Joubert was so kind and put me at ease. He made me feel very comfortable and I just knew I was in good hands. My initial appt Dr Diaz did my procedure and was kind and understood my situation and took care good care of me and just having Jamie assist in both my appts made me feel safe.

Walking in she was there to greet me and so welcoming. I felt like I was catching up with a old friend. Highly recommend. You are in great hands.
