I have only been able to get a cleaning every time we go the dentist is never there. We have only seen her twice in the times we have gone. They do not like Black people. They also charged my insurance for services they did not render. I'm still waiting on services my insurance paid them for.

I’m a patient at AquaBlue Dental Clinic and I must say, is always an outstanding experience from start to finish. I give this clinic a solid 5-star rating for their exceptional service and top-notch dental care. First and foremost, the clinic's staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine concern for my well-being. The receptionists were efficient and helpful, ensuring that my paperwork was in order and answering any questions I had.

The dental professionals at this Dental Clinic are truly experts in their field. My dentist, Dr. Yenni Fernandez, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the procedure to me. I felt comfortable and confident in their hands, knowing that I was receiving the best possible care. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment.

The waiting area was comfortable and equipped with modern amenities, making my short wait time fly by. The dental equipment and technology used were state-of-the-art, further demonstrating their commitment to providing high-quality care. Overall, I cannot recommend AquaBlue Dental Clinic enough. Their exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, clean facilities, and commitment to patient comfort make them a standout dental clinic. This is the worst dental office in Miami!!! This is my first and last time going here! I took my son for a cleaning and after the cleaning they added a “special” treatment on his teeth without letting me or him know that it’s an additional cost until I’m at the front desk to checkout then they told me I had to pay $100 and I have no idea for what because I have insurance and the “special” treatment wasn’t disclosed to me or my son prior to them doing it. When I spoke to the manager she’s clueless of what my issue is really about and claims to say her employees tell the patient before processed that it’s an additional charge yet NO ONE TOLD US. She even went on to say that “they will be giving my son Invisalign” without even discussing it with me or my son, the treatment and how it works, the pricing of the treatment, NOTHING was discussed or even asked by any of us if he even wanted Invisalign in the first place, they just assume randomly and made the decision on their own that they will give him Invisalign.

Personally I feel like they are all about a grab for money, they don’t ask you what you want and how much everything would cost, they just throw it all at you and expect you to pay at the end. I don’t understand what kind of establishment is going on here but I’ve never been to a dental office that works like this. I don’t even know how they are in business.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE!!!!

I honestly love this dentist office and everyone I have come in with contact here. From the second you open the door, you are greeted, and the care is exceptional. I suffer from vertigo, and they even accommodated a pillow for me, so my head isn't completely flat.

The dentist and dental hygienist I know work uncomfortablely just to make sure I'm comfortable. I would recommend this dental office a million times over.
