my filling was easy and pain free but I was supposed to have some medicene to reverse 2 smaller cavities and they were out of it so they had to refund me and set another appointment.

I’ve been coming to this office for about 2 years now, and overall my experience has been great. From day one, Sharonna has taken excellent care of me—her customer service is always top-notch, and she truly makes patients feel valued. The ladies at the front desk are also consistently helpful, attentive, and professional. My former dentist, Dr.

Hochhauser, was outstanding—skilled, personable, and always made me feel confident about my care. Since his retirement, however, a new dentist has stepped in, and I have to be honest—presentation matters, especially in a professional setting. I initially thought he was a patient due to his appearance. He came in wearing pants with holes, and it was difficult to distinguish him as the provider.

I understand we all have off days, but when you’re running a practice, first impressions are everything. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because the rest of the team truly sets a high standard, and I’d love to see that continue across the board.

The office staff was nice. my compliant has to do with my billing I was provided a financial summary of one amount and later given another with different amount but my services did not change. I was making payment until the accounting office told me to pay a certain amount ($230)which I couldn't due to my budget therefore she told me don't pay anything this month we are sending you to collection and disconnected the call.

I reviewed my account and found my insurance was not filed on all my services. Pay attention to your account charges.
