If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I went in for a chipped tooth (as a new patient) and told them i just wanted the issue i came in for to be addressed. They told me they could not proceed until they did a FULL exam. So i went with it. Afterwards, “Dr. Quackenstein” comes in to tell me that i needed two of my teeth extracted. One for an inactive/arrested cavity that ive had since 2019 which is obviously a non threat.
And a wisdom tooth that has not been erupted. Also they told me i had a mouth infection and were going to prescribe me some medical tooth paste. I asked where it was before leaving and the told me “id get it for the next appointment” oh and the tooth chip i came in for…behind the bottom of my front teeth, was just a calcium deposit that fell off. They waited until the end to tell me that. Yeah, this place is a joke and they’re running a complete clown operation over there. If you can pay out of pocket or pay up front, go elsewhere.

I am terrified of the dentist and have a lot of sensitivity with cleanings. This visit was great, I had virtually no sensitivity and I appreciated the gentle care to my mouth and the empathy given. Angela was a wonderful hygienist. The front office was also so kind. I will be coming back. This is my forever office.

Excellent experience from the moment you walk in the door. Professional, Friendly staff. Excellent dentist, efficient Dental Assistants and love my hygienist. Not to mention the lab they use is one of the best. This practice knows what it takes to keep a patient.
