Dr. Runkle and her staff at the Hamburg location is great and very friendly. I have been having a lot of dental work by Dr. Runkle and she is very attention to detail in her work and my teeth look perfect because of her. Please ignore the negative reviews here because we know how some people in this county just like to complain.

They were very friendly and they explained everything they were doing in a matter that someone who does not do it professionally would understand. Found my dentist I will continue to go to. Scheduling tells how good these guys are because they are out a few weeks but they do offer a call list to get in sooner if they have a cancellation.

I recently had my first appointment at American Dental Solutions in Hamburg with Dr. Taylor Runkle and I am very happy with my whole experience. The staff and Dr. Runkle were so friendly. Dr. Runkle took her time going over the issues I am having and explaining all my options. She was professional but also extremely caring about me and how I felt. I have my next appointment already scheduled.

I have been seeing Dr. Taylor Runkle and her team at the Hamburg location for my dental care. Dr. Runkle is an absolute gem. She is clearly not only skilled in her profession, but her genuine care for her patients and their dental health is evident. She took the time to explain my x-rays and her clinical findings and then discussed my treatment options in detail.
She answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and I felt that she truly listened to my concerns. The dental assistant that has been working with Dr. Runkle, Heather, has been kind and personable and helped me feel comfortable during my procedures. Dr. Runkle's gentle and compassionate approach to dentistry made all the difference during my visit, and I left feeling confident and well-cared for. The Hamburg area is incredibly lucky to have a dentist like Dr.
Runkle in the area. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their craft and committed to providing quality care for their patients, and I feel so fortunate to have her as my dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Taylor Runkle to anyone looking for a dentist who combines exceptional expertise with a personal, caring touch.
