I went for my first visit with Dr. Trettenero in Jan 2020. I was impressed then and encouraged my husband to go the next time. We had back to back appointments today. I had a major deep clean and my husband had his initial appointment with a thorough cleaning as well.
If I could give this guy 10 stars, I would! He offers the latest of technology and explains everything. He is very concerned with individuals' dental health. The others we interacted with in the office were very nice, helpful and professional. Very highly recommend!

If you’re looking for someone who will look after your teeth, is truly conservative, and very talented with all procedures then Dr. Trettenero is for you! You can tell keeping his patients comfortable is very high on his list. I’ve always been super scared to get any shots but he has the painless injection method down pat to where you honestly don’t feel a thing.
Top notch service from all the staff, efficient, and friendly environment all around!! I couldn’t thank you enough Dr. Trett for always doing such an awesome job, being so gentle and caring towards me!

I relocated to Fort Myers from Northeast Pennsylvania and tried for almost a year to find a dentist. After numerous visits to various dentists in the area with no confidence in finding anyone as good as my dentist back home, I came to Dr. Trettenero. He exceeded my expectations in every way.

We found Dr Trettenero’s office shortly after moving to this area 4 years ago - we initially went to another practice and had several terrible experiences so were somewhat skeptical going in but have to say this is the best dental practice we have been to. The entire staff is so professional and knowledgeable.
They care about you and your overall and dental health, are very respectful of your time, straightforward and not pushing unnecessary procedures. We can’t recommend them enough!
