I was calling to schedule an appointment, first time visit. I must say that I am very happy that i decided to hang up and not drive over to confront the lady on the phone taking appointments. Very disappointing and unpleasant. I was just asking for a later time as I work a full schedule and have 4 kids as well expecting another, she jumped before I can finish my sentence and rudly interupted " ohh and if you are pregnant you can only see the doctor, more of a reason " . . . First off, just advise of course. . .

Take the food you were eating out of your mouth , disgusting, lack of customer service. Second i would not be so happy to loose a patient considering it is not your money it is the doctors. You are representing that company and her, i would tighten up. She must not need a job. Again id stay far. Specially if they answer and speak to you in a Rude manner over a phone chewing. Imagine this place in person. Poor doctor, she must not know.

MY ADVICE TO YOU: “DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC”. I do not usually do bad reviews, but If I could rate negative stars, I most definitely would rate this clinic as a -10. The ones which rate this clinic as 5 never felt what I felt in this place. I was working as a Doctor of Medicine in my country but I left it behind to come to US. Believe me when I say I have met many kinds of doctors (bad ones and good ones), but this is the worst doctor I have ever meet. Dr. Ana Palacios is unprofessional, unethical and always acts rude. I am pretty sure she has her own problems too, but I am not guilty of it. Nobody deserves to be mistreated. Due to I have a dental insurance from Medicaid, I decided to go to her clinic. I went 2 times. First time I had an appointment at 9:00 am just to change 3 dental fillings. This time the doctor came at 9:20 am. During the procedure I moved at one point and she was like "if you move again you are going to have to find another dentist because I won't attend you anymore" and she also sarcastically said "when people move in the dental chair I forget how to work properly". She also let her assistant know that "patients are not a good friend” to dentists.

When I came to her dental office, I was told my insurance would cover the costs of my treatment, except when the cavity was deeper. In such case they would ask me for $ 25 copayment per tooth treated. At the end of the first visit, I paid $ 77 for 3 molars and I think the price is fair and affordable. Second time (after 2 weeks) I came again to change the dental filling of the opposite 3 molars (same procedure and same treatment) and she asked me for $ 150 copayment ($ 50 per molar, not $ 25 as she referred to me before) and she also charged from my dental insurance. Throughout the entire appointment she kept talking about her expenses on patients like me and how much she should "give me" just to "help people like me (immigrants)". She was talking like she was doing me a favor. Almost ridiculous and disgusting. She did not explain to me the procedure she would do or ask for my consent or permission. She was reproaching me for my insurance plan and looking for a reason to take more money. She injected me several times causing me to bleed heavily and she didn't even warn me that she was going to inject me. She is not gentle whatsoever she is very rude. I was literally shocking, breathing faster than normal and feeling dizzy due to my saliva, because they do not frequently aspirate the saliva in this long-lasting procedure. So, I point my index finger at my mouth just to warn her about it and to get suctioned with the suctioning tube, but that angry lady just said "down your hand and don't move", ignoring the situation and holding my head tighter. I still have jaw pain. I have never ever been so disappointed and so uncomfortable.

I have never had such an unpleasant time at the dentist. She is very rude and very unprofessional. She is a terrible dentist. She doesn't deserve her dental license. The assistant was very nice and she always was taking the broken pieces and she was literally putting her hand on my shoulder and rubbing my shoulder just to make me feel better, but the dental doctor was the opposite. I will cancel my subscription to this dental office immediately. I don't deserve to be mistreated. Nobody deserves it. I ignored the bad reviews for this place on google map because I was hoping it would be different with me, but no. . . I hope this review let you choose a better dental office, because this is not the right one.

I have done several procedures with Dr Ana & would not put my teeth in no one elses hands. I have maxilofacial surgery therefore extractions etc are extremely delicate as there are screws etc. I now am doing veneers do to the enamel problem to guard my teeth & they are the new natural look and i am so glad i have found her. As when going for lashes silence your phone as she cant be doing her awesome art in your teeth while you are moving & trying to text or talk.

What ever problem you have she is transparent & does not go around which i love. I prefer a hard truth than beating around the bush. Her staff is super humble & friendly 100% recommended
