!!!UPDATE AT BOTTOM!!! I swear one star is more than they deserve. My sister had her teeth pulled and got immediate Dentures. She paid about $700 for JUST the temporary ones. Knowing they weren’t permanent and would be wonky and need readjusted she did it anyway. Instead of making them CORRECTLY they put soft liner in. They didn’t fit in her mouth AT ALL you could clearly see there was too much reline on the bottoms. There was almost no groove for her gums to go in. She said oh well they’re temporary and chalked up the loss. Then she went in for her permanent ones and wanted me to go with her so I could tell her if they looked right. They said no one can go back AFTER letting me back. So I left. Want to know why? Because they don’t listen to you and they try to manipulate you into believing they look good and fit correctly and with no friend or family there to tell you otherwise. Guess what? They don’t.
They fit perfectly until they decided to put reline in the tops this time AGAIN! She can’t wear them at all. Yet they convinced her she’d get used to it. They bulge out and the bite doesn’t even fit together. Now she is stuck with them and they won’t help her make it right despite being paid. I’ve had temporary dentures from a different location and they were fine. So, it’s just this location that literally does not care about doing their jobs correctly. They want you in and out regardless of how you feel about what you PAID for. :UPDATE: They called her to check in after my review. She told them what was up and they made her an appointment to fix it. They “ adjusted” them which didn’t make a difference so then the dentist came in snapping at her about my review. They were all treating her like garbage because I said they can’t do their jobs correctly. She said a big lady got in the doorway when she tried to leave. They said they could send the money back to her insurance.
She called me so mad and scared. She said the dentist said it was his practice and my review was “really bad” my review was 100% accurate and honest. He also basically said that since I wear dentures she shouldn’t take my advice? I’m sorry shouldn’t you take advice from someone that has experience actually wearing them vs someone who so obviously hasn’t? They told her she had to pull her jaw forward for the bite to be correct? What? She could also stick her tongue through the gap between the top and bottoms. That’s not normal either. If they would have made it right I would have updated my review with more stars or deleted it. We love a company that does right by their customers. Instead they treated her like crap because of what I said? That makes sense. The review wasn’t even hers 😂 the level of maturity coming from this office is unmatched. I would also like to add that I didn’t put her name in this review and we don’t have the same last name so they KNEW who the review was about because they knew they did her dirty. Crazy right? If I had permission I would post the photos and I GUARANTEE people would go somewhere else.

I was very depressed about losing my teeth at such a young age…and I was VERY SCARED. . i’ve looked up some reviews online of Affordable Dentures located in Chillicothe and found more than one that terrified me. However, my experience here was GREAT!! I had over 20 teeth removed in one day…Dr. Najah is amazing. I felt nothing…NOTHING!! He worked quickly and efficiently which helped with my nerves. I healed quickly, minimal swelling and no bruising. He is easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to…I wish I knew all their names because they were all so amazing.
The nurse who took my impressions and assisted Dr. Najah was so kind and comforting. She did her very best to make me feel less anxiety about this huge step. I loved her. The woman who made my teeth was also spectacular…she made every little adjustment I needed one at a time and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her which is so nice for someone like me who has anxiety and a hard time speaking up when something is wrong or I have an issue. My teeth turned out beautiful and I love them so much. Even the receptionist is amazing. I had to reschedule more than once due to Covid and office sickness and they worked with me to get me seen in a timely manner.
She was never rude when I needed to reschedule. Which is such a breath of fresh air. When I left every single person that worked there asked to see my teeth and complimented me on my way out, which made me feel so much more confident and made me feel as if they truly cared about me as a client. I had to bring my small children with me on more than one occasion and they didn’t make me feel like the kids were an issue which most places like that do. They spoke to them, they were kind and they let them play with all kinds of model teeth sets. My boy hasn’t stopped talking about the “teef” …don’t get me wrong I am still sad that I have lost my actual teeth and it is a rough adjustment to get used to, but I am ecstatic to have a beautiful smile again, and not have to worry about anything but living in the moment and smiling with my family. I love Affordable Dentures and I cannot say enough good things about them.

I enjoyed being around the girls and the doctor really a fun place to go. The screws are in. They'll be permanent in four months. No paying a little bit sore on the bottom of my gums are now but I really enjoyed that price was right. You look good. It's good place to go. I may drop in take them some cookies or something. They're fine, I enjoyed it. Can't wait to go back.
