Im in the process of getting my permanent Dentures. Had the Extractions done and my temp teeth in. This office is great! They handled my anxiety with care and were very helpful in calming them. I highly recommend them!

HORRIFIC SCAM!!!!!!!! My father, 77, went here for Dentures, prior to his appointment for his teeth Extractions. On a strict budget, we had to do what was best. Took him in February, extractions were in March. We were told by Affordable to makes sure that he wears his teeth right after surgery . Guess what, the teeth didn't fit. Called their office, the dentist wasn't there to see him. He had strict instructions to wear the teeth after surgery so that he could heal etc. . . etc. . . The dentist was out, so they said they would send us to another office for adjustment. IT WAS AN HOUR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went there, they could not make them fit. They even said they were probably not even his teeth. Had to wait a week to be seen again by the original dentist. Went in there, she was like "oh these are bad. . .

let's start over". OMG. started over, a week later. . . teeth didn't fit. . . another two weeks to get an appointment. . . teeth still didn't fit. Was told they couldn't see us for ANOTHER two weeks because they are closing for 11 days for vacation. So now my dad will be two months without something that WE paid for. Receptions, Mary "Oh I am so sorry. . nothing I can do but see you on April 22. " Asked for a refund for so many reasons. .

. took a half day off work to go to the office to get said refund that I was promised. . . OFFICE CLOSED. . Note on the door. . . sorry we will reschedule patients. They finally returned my call and I was told I could only have a partial refund because they had to transfer the money to the other office (that we drove an hour to after our surgery because the dentist was out) and I needed to deal with them for the rest of the money. WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?! You promised a full refund, now you tell me half and I need to deal with the office that you sent me to because your dentist was out and YOUR product didn't work. WHOA! So here I am. Out 1400 dollars, no teeth, fighting for a refund and forced to go elsewhere. If you are on a strict budget, do not go here. I plan to spread the word because this is messing with my father's health at this point, and they don't care.

I love this place. The staff are some of the best I have ever had the pleasure to be around. They have all went above and beyond for me. Gloria, John, Lauren, Mary and Debra have all been AMAZING.

They take the time to listen to you, explain everything in detail, and are extremely kind. I am very grateful that Affordable Dentures & Implants exists; if they did not, I would never be able to afford what I am getting done. Thank you so much to this office 🫶🏻
