Great visit. Everyone there in Annapolis was very very nice and answered all my questions. They are very knowledgeable. I thought I was going to go home and think about if I was going to get the Dentures. Well I left there having my impressions done and will soon have my surgery. Very affordable as their practice is named. ☺️ Very excited.

My experience with Affordable Dentures & Implants in Annapolis has been frustrating and deeply disappointing. While the staff is friendly and initially made me feel hopeful, the overall treatment process has been riddled with problems, poor communication, and questionable workmanship. To start, there was no post-operative follow-up after my surgery—not even to remove stitches. In fact, the stitches began falling out on their own, starting on my way home the same day of surgery. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of care and attention. I’ve had to endure four castings and three different Partial Dentures—none of which fit correctly.

One broke the same night I received it, just from trying to insert it. When I resorted to using a previous denture, my mouth began to change shape, creating uncomfortable gaps that make speaking difficult and embarrassing. Saliva and air escape constantly, making conversation a challenge. Eventually, a piece broke off while I was cleaning the denture using the brush they gave me. When I called to schedule a repair, I wasn’t informed that I needed to bring the broken piece with me. After multiple round trips from Pasadena to Annapolis (each about an hour), the denture was returned in worse shape than before—and now I’m concerned about the materials used, as I can still taste the adhesive and my tongue has developed a burning sensation.

At this point, I’ve spent about $5,000, and I’m expected to pay about another $5,000 to complete the implant process—yet I’ve received no timeline, no clear communication, and no indication of next steps. This has been an expensive and painful experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. While I remain hopeful that the treatment will eventually be completed properly, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience so far. “Affordable” should not mean compromising care, comfort, or communication.

Dr. Samson was very informative and is helping save some of my natural teeth. He made my impressions for my partial plates and is able to get me in next week! Excellent bedside manner and very kind. . . . . Well I wanted to inform you all that 16 visit later and 2 sets of Dentures later $4400 later I am wearing a torturing device that is extremely painful to my mouth.

And they couldn't even return a phone call to me this week!!! Shame on them!!! They've lost a valued customer. Hello BBB and Hello Mr Attorney . . . . . . you can see the Teeth through the set that is suppose to last me 3 years!
