I waited 1hour and 40 minutes to b told they don't do implants other than for dentures.

The paper work i filled out asked me what can we do for you i replied implants and bridge work if they would have looked at my paper work they could have told me then that they do not do that proceedure well in 2008 Affordable dentures secured 4 implants in my lower jaw with a 5 tooth bridge on the implants which i still have today it was a very bad experience for me on 5/1/2025 having to wait that long to b told we don't do that which they have done in the past

Not happy with the service. I went in was told I was getting an upper denture, partial bottom, and 2 tooth extractions. Find out today that somehow I now have to pay for the extractions again, and somehow there are no partial bottoms. Staff seems confused and unorganized.

Came in today for my scheduled extraction just to be met with confused looks because they thought I was just getting a new liner. I just got a new liner a month ago this appointment was supposed to be extractions. No one ever seems to know what's going on from one appointment to the next, and now I'm stuck wondering what happened to all the money I paid them up front for the services I'm now not getting.

I have been coming to Affordable dentures for several years. Have always been pleased with my care thru them. But today Tuesday 06/05/2025 I had an 8 o'clock appt. I drove from Southern Illinois, so about a 40 min drive. Get there and a note on the door that they would be closed due to unforseen medical emergency. OK but what I didn't know was wether or not that note was from last week, or yesterday no clue no date on the note.

There were 3 of us standing at the door waiting on the receptionist to come to the door. She wouldn't even look up. I went to my car and called! Got voicemail. I explained i was in the parking lot unaware of when that note was for. So after about 15 min I realize she's not going to open the door. I leave and head back to Illinois.

I would think that this office would have protocol in place as to what should be done in this case. You would think call your first patients if cant reach them at least be available at the office to reschedule those appt. She was available She just didn't answer or unlock the door for us waiting outside.

I went to Affordable dentures approximately 5 years ago. Had several extractions, and then returned on a different date to have impressions made, and they didn’t allow enough time for gums to shrink good. At that time the dr decided i could go ahead and get posts put in, when it should have waited at least another couple of weeks. About 8 months ago, I was supposed to get both plates relined, and was out almost $1400. 00.

And I’ve not had any satisfaction at all. My bottom dentures is constantly coming off of posts, and moves around in my mouth, so they decided I needed new o rings, so another $170. 00. But after 3 days I called and told them they were doing the same thing. I have an appointment next week, and if they don’t fix them where I can use them this time, since I have been out several thousand dollars, with no satisfaction, I am considering reporting them to the better business bureau.

I personally know other people that are not happy with the service they have received either. Belinda Kitchen Sikeston, MO.
