The girls behind the desk were friendly and nice. Nice and clean office. My dental technician was awesome,understanding,but I went to get 2 teeth pulled which were totally bad. In the future dentures. But I felt pressured into getting the rest of my bottom teeth pulled. I pretty much cried and was shaking the whole time.

The shots were painful,and I could feel the dentist pulling the last one,which was awful. They put gauze in my mouth,gave me a prescription,which took a week to get because there wasn't a provider listed,and Walgreens attempted to get ahold of them. They have several different numbers,and you don't know which location is talking to you. It's been a week,and I'm still in major pain,swollen,and it still looks like my teeth are still there,only chopped at the top. Emotionally and mentally and physically this took a major toll on me. I myself had a horrible experience and will not go back.

I called my Insurance company and my lawyer. Which I showed him my pictures inside my mouth. I have heart issues,and my blood pressure was sky high, and my trip home I shouldn't have been driving. I'll never forget this day.

Sometimes they have a really long wait time but it was worth it. That was most painless dental procedure I've ever had ever. I felt nothing, not even pressure and it was very fast. The dental assistant lady was an angel, great bedside manner. The ladies in the front are also very kind and welcoming.

I took my daughter here. The dental assistants were all very kind to her and did very good making her feel comfortable. They cleaned and sealed her teeth. On the way home the sealant came off.

She was also referred out to an oral surgeon by their dentist. They were supposed to email the referral and X-rays to the oral surgeon. I contacted them a week before the appointment and they assured me they would have it to them before my appointment. 2 days before the appointment the oral surgeon’s office still hadnt received it so I called again and this time was told by their customer service they couldn’t reach anyone at the office but they would speak to a manager and make sure it got there.

Next day, still nothing! I left multiple messages and never received a call back. When we show up to her appointment they still had not received anything and they ended up just taking their own X-rays. The day after her appointment I get a phone call from the girl who originally was as supposed to send it over. She is calling to ask where she needed to send it! When I told her there was no need and we had her appointment the day before and nothing was sent, she hung up on me! She was very rude!

Never had a problem before If I could give them zero star I would! The last two appointments wasn’t seen . My son had an appointment at 4:00 arrive about 5 mins before his appointment. Waited , waited waited here’s 5:00 clock is rolling around and staff is leaving, they are changing garbages, clean up, and basically shutting down the office while we are still sitting there .

There was never acknowledgement of if they was running behind or why we didn’t get called back from his appointment. The second time, the appointment was for me again came to my appointment a few minutes early and waited at the front desk with no one present , as others was already in there waiting. Finally, minutes later the front desk comes in with a Starbucks coffee in her hand and tells me to sign in’.

Signed in and waited! 11 o clock rolls around and finally, get asked by the front desk:Do you have an appointment!?Like are you serious I’m just gone wait and sit in a dental office for fun! Then tells me well you’re going to have to re-schedule! Re-schedule when I come to my both appointments on time and signed in like I was suppose to and waited hours while others walking in got called back before ! Definitely wouldn’t recommend at all this place needs to be re-staffed with people who will actually gone come to work on time and do their job instead of walking in late to work with Starbucks! No urgency or professionalism at all! I’ve called multiple time to speak to corporate or whoever runs this place there is never any urgency from the call center just told sorry,you have to re-schedule . On a search for a new dentist!
