I had an appointment however it seemed that walk-ins were prioritized over me. I had to wait almost 50 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I was told walk-ins were for dental emergencies, but there was just so much people ahead of me. I had made this appointment 3 weeks beforehand, but it seems pointless if people can just walk-in and be seen earlier than me.
The dentists I seen were professional and kind, however since it was nearing closing time it felt a bit rushed. In about twenty minutes, they finished both xrays and cleaning" class="text-blue-600 hover:underline font-medium">dental cleaning for my teeth when I haven't visited in over a year. They worked slightly overtime for my teeth and gave me tips which I appreciate.

Nurses and Doctor were professional, really nice and patient BUT it is honestly so hard to get in contact with this place. I’ve tried calling a week straight and at least 5 times each day but no one picks up the phone. I’ve tried walking in but only told that I have to make an appointment. The only available appointment they give me is a 3 week wait.
After my appointment I was referred to Grand Oral surgery and they require a paranormic X-ray photo to be emailed. Again I tried calling for 2 days straight; I would say at least twice every hour or so but still receive no response. Again I have to get out of my way to come to the office to ask the front desk to do so. The receptionist working gave me the nastiest attitude as if I owe them money when all I asked is what is a working phone number I can call.
She just gave me the response of I’ll send over the photo when I have time and we are very busy we cannot pick up all calls and then proceeded to roll her eyes at me. I honestly do not think they can be so busy to the point that every hour I call no one picks up. I think I was really polite to her when asking questions so she really didn’t have to give me such an attitude.

burnt toast
Went to a different dentist than my usual and this dentist was super aggressive and rushed my entire cleaning!!!! She even left the suction on my gums which caused a cut to form!!!! Only told me to “make sure I flossed” when I shared about gum pain! Did not ask any more questions or anything about my concern…. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional cleaning service in my life.

Front desk have terrible service. She was so rude. She talked as if she’s annoying and didn’t want to say another word to explain so I asked again, and she was being so annoyed. Don’t want to say the specific but this is her. The dentist on the other hand is nice.
