I’ll admit, I was pretty nervous in the beginning about getting my new smile, but Dr. Ortiz immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answer all my questions, and reassure me along the way. Her patience and attention to detail truly stood out, and I could tell she genuinely cared about my comfort and happiness with the results. The entire team is amazing friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile.
The office environment is warm, clean, and inviting, which made each visit something I actually looked forward to. Thanks to Dr. Ortiz and her staff, I now have a smile I’m proud of and confident in.
