He was very professional and kind! When my little one was scared to get a tooth pulled he was very patient and assuring! He took his time and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend. He then called to check in on her to make sure she was doing ok. Very professional.

The doctor my dentist recommended scheduled me in a month and a half. It seems that since I would have no additional work done my health did not matter. I was going to a conference and I was afraid that there would be more complications when I was away from home. I called Dr. Francis's office and explained my situation. In a few days my tooth was pulled in a very professional and kind manner. I am most grateful for Dr. Francis' kindness, he even called me in the evening to check on me. My thanks also to his staff.

Everyone in Doctor Francis office was kind, considerate and helpful. This was going to be my 3rd surgery in 80 years and Doctor Francis told me to relax and be comfortable and he would take good care of me. And he did. Was I nervous? Extremely!! But how many times does a caring Doctor, while driving to a vacation area, call you at home on a Friday evening to make sure you are ok? To me, Doctor William Francis made me feel like a family member and I would highly recommend him to others who require his professional skills. Thank You Doctor Francis for a job well done and taking good care of me as you promised. If I require your professional skills again you can bet I will be calling you right away.

Staff extremely friendly , helpful with guidance Dr Francis explained everything and what to expect Procedure was fast and completely painless , eased my mind when I was anxious Gave me full confidence with his ability to preform my extraction. I was in and out in 20 min. Looking forward to having more needed work . Will be only going to this office .

We were referred to Dr. Francis for a potentially scary issue. He and his staff explained everything to us in a way we could understand, the procedure went smoothly and we returned today for test results. Thankfully, we will be ok. Dr. Francis called us himself the evening of the procedure to make sure everything was ok. I can't recommend the whole staff highly enough. They were just great!!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Francis enough. He is kind, extremely patient, and my procedure went smoothly. I was very anxious to go through with my procedure but Dr. Francis put me at ease throughout the entire process and even followed up regularly afterwards.

Dr. Francis is a wonderful oral surgeon that extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth with zero pain throughout the process. Sure, there was some soreness after the initial novocaine injection wore off (what do you expect after having dental surgery requiring general anesthesia!?), but as Dr. explained, it was comforting to know this was normal and that I could contact him with any concerns post-op. He even called the evening after my surgery to make sure I was doing ok. Not only a great surgeon, but genuinely seems like a great guy! Highly recommend.

Dr. Francis is a kind, competent, talented and trustworthy specialist. His concerned and friendly staff scheduled me for an emergency appointment on two occasions and 12 years apart. Each of my emergencies required a tooth extraction and management of serious infection. Dr. Francis took such very good care of me during and after my procedure. I recovered beautifully and appreciated his follow-up call each time. I trust him implicitly for any future needs I may have.

Most of the staff were friendly and in fact efficient in getting insurance and copay figured out. The doctor was not caring at all. Horrible experience.
