I went in for a filling . I made it clear to his assistant as they were pushing crowns…and he still gave me a crown and ask that I pay $499 out of pocket and billed my insurance $1397 for a crown bridge. The temporary crown is painful and food particles are getting stuck inside. My tooth is paining me more today than before he work on it.

Horrible professionalism .. he was eye balling me and flirting with me each appointment. I though it was in my head until he asked if I was single in a sly way. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I switched dentists after that appointment. On top of all that the filling he did had to be replaced months later by another dentist. Staff was a bit rude as well. I would cross city or state lines if he was the only dentist in town.

Dr. Paige and his staff are great! They were able to get me seen last minute for a major toothache I was having. He explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. You guys rock!

I would like to say this dentist is horrible. I decided to come here because the dentist was black but I made a horrible mistake. I had fillings done over 2weeks a go and I’m still having pain and tooth sensitivity.

They don't validate parking and they call the same day as your appointment to beg you to come in earlier almost every time. This is pretty annoying when you are juggling a busy work schedule and have to give advanced notice for leave. Most of your time is with the hygienist and you rarely see the dentist. Lots of up-selling and "urgent" work you've never needed before.

While I find Dr. Paige to be a good dentist, his office staff is rude and unprofessional. I called to reschedule an appointment with a week's notice and was chastised by his office staff for rescheduling at the last minute. They proceeded to treat me like a child and said that my call to reschedule would be documented in my file. I am in the process of finding a new dentist.
