Dr. Timothy MacLaga has always wanted to be a dentist since the age 7 when he ``extracted`` his first tooth (on himself, of course—he did not yet have a license). His passion for dentistry shows in his enthusiasm, thoroughness, and gentle touch. His patients know that they will be well cared for. When Dr. MacLaga is not improving the dental health of those around him, he occupies his time with a multitude of hobbies. He is a jack of all trade and master of many. He is a true Renaissance man. When you are in the office, ask him about the beer he is brewing in his backyard or the meal he will be preparing for his lovely wife, Jenna. He is most famous for his outrageous award-winning Halloween costumes! Come by around Halloween and see what he comes up with next. He attended the University of Delaware for a Biological Science degree and a minor in Chemistry. He then went on to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming a dentist. He completed his General Practice Residency at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, where he became proficient in extractions and endodontics.
