Complete unprofessional, unorganized. Staff is clueless in communication. Not only were they snail pace in getting my approval code I had to end upDoing their job. I finally get a appointment and almost there and they tell me they sent me a text to cancel my appointment which I never got. Let alone they schedule me a appointment for next Wednesday and get a call today telling me they are canceling my appt for Tuesday. I said you have to be kidding me I don’t have a appointment tues. the confused girl puts me on hold to talk to office manager. She comes back on phone said you can keep your appt but after that the dentist doesn’t take your insurance I said to her you are aware I’m getting a deep cleaning which means you’re only going to be doing two quads she then puts me on hold again comes back and says you’ll have to pay for the other two unbelievable how they’ve done their job to begin with my teeth would be done by now I highly recommend do not use this facility
