The best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Chen is fun, positive, and easy to relax with. He always listens to my concerns, and allows me to take an active role in planning my treatment plan.

I just tried to set up an appointment. They told me I had to drive to their office first (20-30 minutes away) to fill out their forms and then I could make an appointment. Never heard of such a thing. If they are going to inconvenience me that much BEFORE I become a patient, I would be concerned about after.

Dr Chen is a very caring dr. He explains what he’s doing. The office staff bend over backwards to make sure the patients are comfortable. Dr Chen, and office staff are awesome with kids as I bring my 4 kids there.

I would never recommend anyone I cared for or even didn't know to go here due to the office manager's action. My husband was racially profiled in the parking lot when he had an appointment. The appointment was cancelled yet never told to us. They (the office manager and her husband) banged on his window and flashed some sort of badge in his face. He was repeatly told he didn't belong there and he didn't have an appointment. Turns out Dr. Chen had been gone due to a death in the family. Rude

Staff is clueless, my records are missing. Over charged and charged for services my insurance covered.

Stayed after closing to help with insurance to get my dentures fixed that another dentist messed up.
