About

Dr. Thomas Bircher is a 1984 graduate of Illinois Weselyan University with a bachelor of Biology degree.  He graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1989 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.  After graduation he worked in private practices in Quincy and Washington, IL, and on staff at the childrens dental clinic of the Peoria City/County Health Department.  He completed a General Practice Residency in Dentistry through SIU in 1992 and has been practicing in Smithton since then.

I would never go anywhere else! From the front office staff , to the dental hygienist, Kelsey, they are so friendly, welcoming and professional!. Dr Tom is always very caring and takes the time to talk with you about any concerns you may have. His calm and professional manner make me feel at ease. He always makes my dental health and safety a top priority.
